What you need
You will need a yoga mat (extra are available at the studio but limited) and preferred props. My Comunidad will have blocks, blankets, and straps available but it is always best to try to bring your own if that's available to you, if not we got you. Also, bring water (water cooler available) and come in comfy clothes. We look forward to having you in class😊.
